Refund & Return Policy

At Grove & Gardens, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an eligible item, we are here to help.
Returns
Most new, unused, and unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and undamaged

In the original packaging (when applicable)

Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law:

Live plants, flowers, or perishable items

Items showing signs of use, abuse, or damage after delivery
Furniture Sales
Due to the size, weight, and nature of furniture products, all furniture sales are final. Please inspect furniture carefully upon pickup or delivery.
If furniture arrives damaged due to our handling or a manufacturer defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Grove & Gardens within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with the claim process.
Eligible claims may result in:

Replacement of the item

Store credit

Refund to the original payment method

Another mutually agreed resolution
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for eligible merchandise when inventory is available.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly by Grove & Gardens.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned merchandise. Grove & Gardens is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, shipped, or a custom order has entered production, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
